WOMEN - 7:30 A.M.

MEN - 9:00 A.M.

COURSE:

WOMEN - SHORT COURSE

Kailua Beach Park out to and around Mokolea Rock then back to Kailua Beach around Flat Island to finish line (see attached map)

MEN - LONG COURSE

Kailua Beach Park to Duke Kahanamoku Beach at Hilton Hawaiian Village (see attached map)

ELIGIBILITY:

All Hawaii crews must be bona fide members of a club that belongs to Hawaii Canoe Racing Association (HCRA)

Out of state crews must document their home canoe association (e.g. Kalifornia Outrigger Assn. - KOA) and must sign an HCRA waiver.  Out of state paddlers must be 18 years of age or older.

Each paddler in a crew is required to be a member of the same club for which they paddle.  Club transfer paperwork must be complete prior to registration.  See attached information for OHCRA long distance registration.

ENTRY FEE:

WOMEN  $160.00*

MEN  $225.00

at the Kailua Canoe Halau across from Buzz's Restaurant
*Those who pre-register will receive $25.00 off the entry fee

Women - $135.00
Men - $200.00
$10.00 fee if escort boat waiver is not turned in with all the registration forms.

Race Day Registration

On site registration 8/20/06 will be available from 6:30 to 8:30 A.M.

Women registration  6:30AM - 7:00AM
Men   7:30AM - 8:30AM

By Mail:

Final entry forms and a check may be mailed/postmarked to arrive at the Registrar's address not later than Friday, August 18.  Changes to entry forms may be made at either the Saturday or Sunday registration times/location.  Note: $10.00 fee if escort boat waiver is not turned in with all the registration forms.
