Our Thanksgiving imu turkey fundraiser provides proceeds to our paddling programs.

You buy, wrap, and label your turkey (or other dish) and we do the cooking!

Drop Off
Drop off, wrapped, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. You don’t even have to leave your car!

Pick Up
We cook!  You stop by between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on Thanksgiving Day to pick up.

45-740 Anoi Road Kaneohe

From Pali: Kam Hwy to Kaneohe. Turn left on Likelike, turn right on Anoi Rd, look for hill with big trees in middle of Kapunahala Subdivision. At stone wall on left, turn up driveway up the hill, just before Kapunahala Elementary School & Park. Pass green house on left at top of the driveway. Continue right on gravel road to house with green roof. You're there! Drive through from Anoi Rd and exit on Ko Street.

From Wilson Tunnel or H3: Likelike past Kahekili Hwy. Turn left on Anoi Rd, then same as above.

What do I do?

  • Drop Off is the Night Before Thanksgiving between the hours of 4pm to 6pm, at Carl Everson's house in Kaneohe.
  • Buy, wrap, and label your turkey (chicken, pork, ham, fish, laulau or whatever).
    • Meat must be thawed but kept refrigerated until you bring it to us.
    • Weight limit, 25 lbs.
    • Brine, salt or season as you wish – salting at least 24 hours in advance is recommended.
    • Optional, but recommended is to place turkey first in a Turkey or Oven Roasting Bag.
    • Wrap with heavy duty aluminum foil 6 times around – 3 times long way and 3 times short way. Takes about 30 ft of foil. NO PANS.
    • Masking tape across length and width to keep foil tight.
    • Wrap your package with string like a gift.
    • Write your name and the last 4 digits of your phone number on foil and tape with a permanent marker.
  • Pick up on Thanksgiving Day, November 24 between 11am – 1pm
  • Bring a pan, cooler or plastic bags at pickup to hold the turkey and contain the juices
